The Värmland Traffic Area consists of approximately 700 employees, and we operate around 300 buses every day. Together with our client, Värmlandstrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Värmland.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible, and enjoy both service and customer contact. You handle stressful situations and environments in a calm and secure manner. You have a safe driving style and drive in an environmentally friendly way.

Furthermore, we look for someone who:

• Has a D-driver's license and a valid YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Has good Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
• Can work irregular hours.

We offer employment: full-time (100%).

Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, years of experience (within the EU) can be credited for placement in the salary scale.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests (passing grade required), a health examination prior to employment, and a background check (extract from the criminal record register) are conducted. These are sent via email and SMS and approved using BankID.
